nice 22 good rifles
yeah i got the marlin 22. rifle LR model XT-22 for $179. 00 they knocked off $40 but i was kinda upset that it didnt come with a scope.
@CharlieDoan not a 60, a model 60 has a tubular magazine, this has a drop out magazine. It is a 795. Still all the same parts inside. Good gun. A lot of people get rid of these because of a 1 dollar part. If they start failing to eject, there is a small ejection spring in there that most of the time gets bent when cleaning, just bending it back usually fixes it. I got a few model 60s for 20 bucks cause the owner thought they were screwed:)

I’ve received mine a few yrs ago. I ONLY RECEIVED THE RIFLE,BOOKLETS, AND CABLE LOCK. You guys’ rifles come w/scopes, ammos, trigger locks,cable style locks. CALIFORNIA SUCKS.
I just got this rifle 2 days ago. I ordered a wooden stock for it from Numrich arms, cuz I’m not too big on . 22’s with synthetic stocks. It’s my first rifle. I haven’t taken it to the range yet (I’m only 16, my dad’s gotta take me), but dammit, it feels good just holding that thing lol. Can’t wait to shoot it.

I have one, I love it! I also have an old Marlin 60. I prefer the clip to the tube loader. Both are very accurate.

Actually, they use the same receiver, so they are basically the same gun. The two biggest differences are the length and the fact that the 795 feeds ammo with a magazine and the 60 feeds with a tube.
marlin 795 is better tan the 60
cool but i like my trusty marlin model 60 better its never failed me
