Duct tape.
You can buy clamp-on scope mounts. Be cautious in putting too much money into an old . 22 that is likely worth less than $50.
You would need to take it to a gunsmith. There are not likely to be any mounts specifically made for the rifle. The ’smith will ned to find a mount that he can make work and drill and tap the rifle to fit. It will be around $100.
You may wish to consider buying a new . 22 rifle for $150 and not drilling holes in a nice old rifle.
Get a scope that comes with a clamp on rail system. I haven’t seen them in a while, but I know they make them.
if there are no mounting options, you will have to take it to a gun smith or a machinist to have some threaded holes put in the receiver.
