Unfortunately, scoping a BB gun won’t do a lot for you even if your scope is dead on. You can easily do it yourself but don’t expect to shoot tight groups. The combination of a round projectile and smooth bore barrel equal BB’s going everywhere.
You can do it yourself. You don’t need to buy anything. All you need is some ammunition and a lot of patience. Well that and you need to remember that BBs are sub-caliber (. 171-. 172 instead of . 177) so they’ll never deliver the level of accuracy pellets do (essentially single-hole/cloverleaf groups), though if they’re all your gun takes then they’re what you’ll have to use. Still there’s no reason you couldn’t shoot respectable groups (say 1-2 inches at 30-50 feet from a bench).
You sight a gun in by trial and error mainly. Basically you shoot a 5 shot group from a benchrest at a known distance (say 33 or 50 feet). Then you see where the group is (low, high, left, right) and adjust your scope to compensate (typically by turning screws which move the crosshairs). Then you shoot another group. If you’re happy where your gun is shooting you’re done. If not then repeat the cycle of adjusting, shooting a group to check where the adjustment moved the group, adjusting and then shooting again until you are happy with where your gun is printing its groups.
As far as a laser bore-sight. I wouldn’t bother. All it will do is get you close/on paper. You’ll still need to fine tune the sight since a laser bore-sight doesn’t account for the effect of drop (gravity and the loss of velocity) on a shot.
Go to wal-mart and buy a laser bore sighter. They only cost about 30 dollars.

What “Parker” said is true, but you can sight-in your BB gun. Just don’t expect “pin-point” accuracy.
