What is a good scope for a bolt action .22 rifle? Im looking for one that is somewhat over powered.?

Im looking fοr a scope fοr mу Savage Mаrk II. I want something lаrgеr thаn уουr average rimfire scope (more thаn 3×9x30). Anу suggestions? Alѕο i won’t bе hunting wіth іn аnу kind οf poor weather ѕο i don’t need a super resistant scope.

   I put a Bushnell 3 to 9 power rifle scope on my wife’s Ruger 10/22. Paid well under $100 bucks for the scope.

   Or, go to Wal Mart and see if they have a BSA scope of similar power. Get that for about $50.

   well you didn’t specify just how powerful you wanted but the simmons whitetail classic is a great scope for the money, midway USA sells them for $110 6. 5-20 x 50 1 inch tube, I have one on my savage . 17 HMR and I regularly shoot sub MOA groups.

   walmart- Centerpoint 4-16×40mm IR, mil dot. 50 bucks
   i have this on my Marlin 925. its a pretty good scope. 16X will do 200 yards hunting or 50-100 yards target.
