@jeffmtnman I haven’t shot the gun in a while, that’s most likely why I was

  2. jeffmtnman says:

Actually, I was just foolin with ya about the standing up. I know exactly why you do it.
Try opening the Contender while seated at the shooting bench or even at your kitchen table, and you’ll see.

  3. IhateSatan333 says:

@jeffmtnman yeah actually I was pegging a coke can consistently at 100 yards, as for resting the barrel I didn’t understand barrel harmonics at the time. as to why I was standing up. . I have no clue

  4. jeffmtnman says:

I wonder if Tyler is actually hitting anything by resting the barrel instead of the fore end. Also wondering why little Tyler finds it necessary to stand up after each shot.

I got one of them. You sure can fit some big shells in those things.

@pialpha59650 these loads were a mixture of 230gr and 250gr hollowpoints, serious loads

  7. IhateSatan333 says:

@pialpha59650 I can’t wait until I can hunt with it, for now since I’m only 16 I’ll stick to my 870, mosin, ak or my bow

  8. pialpha59650 says:

I bought my T/C 35 in 2001, was my first handgun and I still have it.
The thing is a serious deer hunter. 150 grain solid points have stopped a lot of derr, cold. lol.
I wouldnt trade it for anything.

  10. IhateSatan333 says:

@d00rgunner58 yeah we were blowing though my grandpa’s old reloads, he made these for muzzle flash when shooting at dusk

  11. d00rgunner58 says:

Loosing alot out the barrel, need to go to some faster burning on them loads. I had a 2 power leupold with 14 inch bull barrel.

  12. d00rgunner58 says:

I had a t/c . 35 rem. It was the most awsome gun I have ever had. If you reload you can load . 357 jacketed hollow points if you can find the loads info. There was an old (1985 maybe) guns and ammo magazine that had the loads in them. Most versatile pistol ever. Load . 35 rem partitioned that will take down a moose or load . 357 jacketed hollow points that will pick a 300# boar and throw him(I had one get back up onced and threw a core loct in and put him to sleep). Hogs are tought sometimes.

go to Dixiwgunworks(DOT)com and search it up there. you can get a rifle version for 625. 00 and it is an older model but very sexy looking gun and it can shoot like no other.

  19. fbs9494 says:
