ok thanks, on PC, just click the varmint rifle and then press X. it will show the mods that can be chosen. .
@kinantan28 Depends on the platform you are. Normaly, just highlight your vamint rifle and look on the upper right corner of your pip boy. Should tell you what button to press to mod it.
