Joyness. Too bad gas is too expensive for real people to buy.

@BugOutVehicles This place is one of a few possilbe locations depending on the type of emergency. It’s close by so I could walk if need be. It’s privately owned and gated with only one way in and out so it’s very defendable. There is year round water and game so it will sustain life. But it’s also really really nice! I almost don’t want to wait for the crap to hit the fan to bug out. I think I would rather just move there now and begin using the place. Thanks for watching.

    @mobiltec :(

@verdemanthe1 Good question. I suppose once gas tips above $5 per gallon mine is going to become a planter box for vegitables LOL.

what are we gonna do with these gas guzzling blazers man

@anmoose I’ve seen two other out houses with no walls. One is on top of Mt. Whitney. The other is in an old mining camp in Panamint Valley. The 3 burner is great for large meals. Without the weed eater the spring time grass would just get too high for comfort. Good to get it done before the foxtails get out of hand too.

I don’t believe I’ve ever taken a weedeater camping. LOL

Love the way Tabby lays there zonked out and snoring, and just squints when you talk to her, like, “Do you mind?” Odd, too, how she seems to burst into song the instant someone fires a gun.

Never seen a 3 burner Coleman, but yeah, pump those suckers up and they get downright warm.

An outhouse without the house? Classic!

Tabby was just saying that is LOUD!

  12. mobiltec says:

@nekedemus She barks at everything that makes a racket. She even barks at jets and lightning.

  13. nekedemus says:

I guess, Tabby is not a NRA member.

Your videos remind me a lot of trips I used to take with my dad, even if it was just to go wood cutting. We lived off Hwy. 44 (east of Redding) when I was little, and Dad worked for a civil engineering firm. He spent a lot of time in the backwoods, and knew it ALL. The first time I heard Full Moon Fever, it was during a rainy trip in his pickup. These clips are a great way to remember him. Despite the high gas prices, my sister & I still manage to get out a lot. Thanks. :)

@mobiltec I have been to the Ghost town many times but I have always wanted to explore the mines and trails but I just found out about a week ago that you can ride motorcycles on them. I like to be out in the middle of nowhere too. It’s nice to get away from everything.

  17. mobiltec says:

@HunterAtheist Many many years ago I visited the REAL Calico mines and trails. I have ll the official maps for the area now but have not made a trip out there. I like to go where there are no others.

  18. HunterAtheist says:

Man, I love watching all of your videos and this makes me want to go do the same kind of things. I’m in Riverside. I would want to take my dirtbike out for a couple days just riding and camping. kinda like backpacking on a motorcycle. Have you ever driven the Calico trails?

  20. VoodooPolitics1 says:

@mobiltec Long but good however Tabby was a little off the OTT!! LOL!!

  21. mobiltec says:

@VoodooPolitics1 Glad you liked it Richard. Long one this time eh?

  22. mobiltec says:

@yellowlabrador Wanted to stay longer but I was feeling ill and decided to leave on the third day. Ended up in the emergency room a couple days later so I think I made the right choice. Tabby barks at gunfire, fire works, lightning, aircraft and just about anything else that makes a racket LOL.

  23. mobiltec says:

@sausage4mash The roads would not allow it. Too much in the way of 4 wheeling and the brush and trees would ruin the skin.

  24. VoodooPolitics1 says:

    ?????

  25. yellowlabrador says:

Tell Tabby I’m coming to tell her off, she’s a disgrace to the labrador race. . . . . fancy barking when she hears a gunshot. . . . lovely spot, I suppose you wouldn’t want t go hmoe after a couple of days there.
