. 22’s don’t give out enough kick to damage a scope. . . You will be fine. Go ahead and put it on
Pellet rifle scopes are designed to be stronger than . 22 scopes due to their weird forward recoil impulse when the piston stops- they will work fine on your . 22.
As stated above , a air rifle scope is built tougher than a regular scope so no problems there . There is one factor to consider though with a 10. 22 . While the recoil of a . 22 rifle is light , you can run into problems of your scope mounts coming loose due to the jarring of the bolt slamming shut . Take extra care to make sure the screws stay tight .
Yes, it can be used without problems. Rimfire and air gun scopes are interchangeable. There is more recoil on a strong spring piston air gun as on a 10/22. . . I know, since I have an RWS Model 34 that kicks way harder than my 10/22.
it won’t hurt the pellet scope, but personally I would just get a new scope, because you want a good scope for this rifle. come on, you paid 250-350 just on the rifle, you might as well get a 100-200 dollar scope to go with it.
No problems at all, plus it is a half decent scope to boot. I would just get another scope rather than swap scopes between rifles.
