I agree MTC are good scopes for the money but didn’t do a follow up video.
I these on two of my rifles
I sold them & got some Falcon scopes but now changeing to Bushnell Elites.
these are awesome scopes if you look at results in championships there are alot of shooters using MTC. Not just this scope but even the budget scopes Cobra they retail at less than £70 and are quality of a £130plus scope. Alot of scopes to choose from and MTC are definately up there with the big boys Bushnell, Nikko’s, Hawkes etc
What a load of crap. Ive had Bushnell Legends and the like and they werent as good as the MTC scopes. I have 2 Viper 10×44 and they most certainly arent blurry
This was out of the box & I thought they were excelent.
At the moment I decided to use some Falcon Merlins I bought to replace them.
I just might do a side by side comparison.
I might sell them instead.
You got decent mounts, there normaly the sort you get with cheap chinese scopes. Obviously I aint the only one who clued it.
Nice solid scope but the Glass is no good on any of them. Had a few of these and mambas and had nothing but problems. Honestly, just cuz gary cooper recommends them in airgunner mag (and he owns mtc) doesnt mean there good, dont believe every thing you read.
There is a couple of goodens out there but a lot of poor ones. (no offence to be taken OP)
Cheaply made scopes, look at the mounts (No offence to be taken by reviwer),the scopes are good for hft only as there blury and no good under the lamp. Go for a bushnell elite 3200 10x as there way better and the same money,a lot of these for sale and theres a reason for that (there crap),Just cuz a airgunner reporter imports them and does reviews dont mean there good.
Original reviewer of this video should give his honesty opinion and do a compare like with the silencers (no offence to be taken)
if the problem is fixed by either suggestion you should not have to touch the eye piece again and all should work fine. also make sure you are not wearing sunglasses or shooting glasses when u do this or if you wear prescription glasses it may not work perfectly.
if that does not correct the parallax range error then look at a target at a know distance, then set the parallax ot the known range, if it is out of focus adjust your eye peace until it is in focus, if your parallax setting is correct and your eye piece is correct the target and cross hairs should both be clear and focused, cycle through the other settings on the wheel and match its with other known distances, hopefully it should work properly.
the wheel on the side is a parallax wheel, your focus adjustment should still be on the eye peace back where it normally is. the problem your having with the parallax wheel being inaccurate is because your eye peace is not focused, try setting the scope on infinity and look at a brightly lit white wall, assume proper eye re leaf then look at the cross hairs and adjust focus until they are clear, look away let your eye re adjust, look back and they should be sharp, if not just repeat the process
@gunvidder
Right so it it AO then thanks
AO is normally regarded as front lens adjustable focus, this is side focus.
So its a 10×44 AO then yes?
Santa come early !!!
Nearly.
bought one of these 2 day very impressed for 145 quid but gotta wait 2 christmas 2 use it

I’ve got these on two rifles now, just need the time to do the follow up videos.
Well done chap! I look forward to more!
If you put a digital camera down the scope, don’t forget to set it on “macro”.
so r u going to make a night vision video if so i well show you how to make the best silencer on earth no bs !
When I start lamping again later in the year.
Mate could you please post a video on the Yukon NV unite I would be very thankful and maybe info on getting one safely . Thanks
I prefer to lamp with a Lightforce lamp.
I also use Yukon NV unit though.
