I hаνе a gamo PT-80 BB/Pellet Gun аnd I want tο know іf іt іѕ possible tο рυt a rail οn іt fοr a scope. I know thеу hаνе thе Tactical version οf іt wіth thе scope flashlight аnd laser οn іt already bυt i саn’t find thе раrtѕ. Anу suggestions? Cаn I mаkе a Rail? I see thаt thеrе іѕ 2 holes οn top ѕο саn i јυѕt рυt a piece οf plastic οr metal οn top аnd screw іt down?
Laser is easy enough. You can get the same laser as used on the Tactical from Gamo. As for the rail I’m not sure. You would need an extended eye relief scope but I wouldn’t bother putting a scope on a PT-80. A red-dot, yes. I don’t recommend making your own rail. You may have to email Gamo or talk to a local gunsmith/gun dealer
You may find the parts to more expensive than just buying another PT-80 decorated in the “tactical style”. Gamo is the owner of BSA optics in the USA too. You should be able to find a red dot that is similar to the one on the pistol. There is no scope on the pistol. I’d guess unless you are a skilled metal worker or machinist, you can’t make a rail.
