I’m wanting to someone special a brand new pellet rifle. He narrowed it down to 2 options. Which do you think is better? I’m trying to take noise, scope/sight, and amo availability (where I could by the right kind of pellets) into consideration.

I would personally go with the top one, the “Gamo Varmint Hunter 1200 fps . 177 cal Tactical Air Rifle w/Scope, Laser, & Light”. It is much better in my opinion. I hope he likes whichever one it ended up being
