i want tο gеt a scope tο hеlр wіth mу accuracy. i know scopes arent thе greatest fοr paintballing, bυt i figured іf i саn gеt thе scope tο hеlр wіth mу left/rіght accuracy, thеn i саn compensate fοr thе vertical aim аnd i ѕhουld bе аblе tο hit thе οthеr guy easier.
anyway, i wіll bе getting аn adapter whісh wіll рυt weaver rails οn mу barrel. саn i mount a scope οn thе barrel? dοеѕ іt need tο bе rіght іn front οf mе?
lest time i tried using a monocular аnd i couldnt see through іt wіth mу mask οn. аrе thеѕе scopes designed tο work whіlе wearing a mask?
аnd once again, dο i need tο hаνе thе scope placed οn thе body οf thе marker close tο mу face, οr саn i υѕе іt οn mу barrel?

Don’t buy a scope, it won’t be worth it. You won’t be able to use it properly, it would end up being a nuisence.
what would be better if u got a laser for ur gun its a way better target to hit and the people would freak out if they saw a red dot in the middle of their eyebrows
yeah i had a paintball gun with a scope and a laser pointer, it is pretty much useless because eventually the air pressure runs out slowly, making the paintballs less accurate
There are two laser items that work .
1- projection laser. Most ranges will not allow you to operate on their field. the laser is dangerous to other players eyes.
2- Retical also known as a tactical sight. this is more of an open device that you look through with both eyes open, it superimposes a red dot that only you see. the benefit of this is if you look through the scope at a slight angle the Parabolic compensates for the change still giving you accuracy.
Overall I suggest you work on your open sight shooting.
Well, a scope is pretty much worthless, from what Ive heard and read about. I’m new to paintball, and have read pretty much every article on the sport that there is online, and from my viewpoint, i would recommend a red dot sight. These have no magnification, but improve the accuracy pretty well. Good Luck!
dont waste your money on a scope, paintball guns have horrible acuracy, and scope isnt going to do anything. im a paintballer, i would know.
If you will get a scope for accuracy I suggest go for a red dot scope or sight with no magnification. A red dot scope is just a scope with a dot in it to aim with. A sight is a piece of glass with the reflection of the dot on it. With the sight you can open both eyes easily with scope just one eye.
If you insist on a magnified scope then I suggest you look for a good eye relief (this refers to how far away you can look from the scope while still being able to see, this is important for snipers and hunters so they wouldn’t get a black eye while looking through their scope). As for magnification 4x is a good number, but don’t go anything over 9x or else it will be really shaky and harder to aquire a target.
