If it is a Winchester model 69 you are talking about a reasonably old rifle probably made sometime between the Great Depression and the mid 1950s. I would say $100 is more than a reasonable price, but I would make certain it had no defects first. Check the barrel with a barrel light or a pen light to what kind of shape the rifling is in.
